JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Communication Specialist at Mercedes-Benz Tech Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with global directives while fostering brand awareness and engagement among internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent and effective communication across various platforms.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic communication plans in alignment with global teams to support organizational objectives and enhance brand visibility.Execute internal communication strategies to promote organizational culture, values, and priorities among employees, ensuring alignment with the overall mission of Mercedes-Benz.Establish and maintain a strong presence on digital platforms to enhance brand awareness, particularly for senior leadership and employees, leveraging social media, intranet, and other relevant channels.Provide support and guidance to senior leadership and management in enhancing their communication effectiveness through coaching and standardized processes.Collaborate closely with senior leaders across different regions to develop and execute messaging strategies that resonate with local audiences while staying consistent with the global brand identity.Drive the centralization of critical information and resources through the organizational social intranet strategy, ensuring easy access and dissemination of important updates.Monitor communication effectiveness through metrics and feedback mechanisms, and continuously refine strategies to optimize engagement and impact.Manage and coordinate events, including internal meetings, conferences, and external engagements, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with communication objectives.Utilize basic design skills to create visually appealing communication materials such as presentations, infographics, and newsletters.Utilize video and photo editing skills to create engaging multimedia content for internal and external communication purposes.
