Communications Manager Responsibilities Coordinate and provide specialist knowledge in a specific area of communications. And will act as a strategic partner to the business, and create and support implementation of communications strategies in their own area of expertise. Supervise the implementation of consistent internal and external communications plans , assigned projects or communications activity Lead, coach and mentor a small team and coordinate education of Communications colleagues and Business Partners across communications specialties. Establish dynamic and engaging internal communications to connect, empower and energize our teams to deliver outstanding business results and become proud advocates of Bjak. Build relationships with and counsel senior Business Partners and internal colleagues. Manage agencies and other external vendors to secure maximum return on investment, operational excellence and business impact. Use and coordinate available communications resources to achieve required results by ensuring effective deployment of project information /materials. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications/ English Literature/ Journalism/ Marketing or equivalent. Understanding and experience in corporate affairs / corporate communications. Experience in digital & social media content management (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Corporate Websites.) Understanding of the insurance industry is a plus.
