Job Description:
Sunway Group is seeking a motivated and creative Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing individuals to take advantage of a remote work environment. As an Entry Level Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the communications team in developing and implementing various internal and external communication strategies.
Responsibilities:- Assist in creating, editing, and publishing content for company communications including newsletters, press releases, and social media posts- Collaborate with team members to develop communication plans and strategies- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness of communication efforts- Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications- Provide support in organizing and promoting company events, programs, and initiatives- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communications
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptability and critical thinking skills- Dedicated and detail-oriented- No prior experience required, though internship or relevant coursework is a plus
