We are a management firm providing general management services in all related fields.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**To assist the Company Secretary in all aspect of secretarial works in compliance with the Companies Act 1965 / 2016.- To keep and maintain secretarial records and registers.- To assist in proper and timely filing of clients statutory forms/returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).- To assist in preparation of resolutions / documents and arrangement for signatures (including follow-up and filing of the same) and minutes of meetings.- To support in a wide range of company secretary functions and related statutory requirements.- To assist in any other secretarial matters and enquiries.- To carry out other administrative work and any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.**QUALIFICATION**:- Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field (added advantage).
