Company Secretary Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Prepare, review and/or lodge all Company Secretarial documents to SSM- Handle potential clients enquiries & liase with clients on all matters related on submissions/documentations- Liase with external parties eg other Secretarial Firms, Auditors, Tax Agents, Local Authorities etc- Familiar with MyCoID and MBRS online submission- Maintain statutory books, registers and Secretarial records.- Other Projects or Assignments as directed by the superior**REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum 3 years company secretarial practice experience- Well versed with the Companies Act, 1965/2016 and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements- Proficient in speaking and writing English & Bahasa Malaysia- Able to communicate in Mandarin.- Able to work independently- Able to work under pressure**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
