Company Secretary Manager

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- To lead, guide and supervise the corporate secretarial team in the execution and handling of a full range of corporate secretarial services and matters.- Handle potential clients enquiries & liase with clients on all matters related on submissions/documentations- Liase with external parties eg other Secretarial Firms, Auditors, Tax Agents, Local Authorities etc- Familiar with MyCoID and MBRS online submission- Maintain statutory books, registers and Secretarial records.- Other Projects or Assignments as directed by the superior**REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum 5 years company secretarial practice experience (3 years for Exec level)- Well versed with the Companies Act, 1965/2016 and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements- Proficient in speaking and writing English & Bahasa Malaysia- Able to communicate in Mandarin.- Able to work independently- Able to work under pressure- Full-time position**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Company Secretary: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
