He /she is a strong guardian of company values and principles. The C&B Specialist monitors the job market, the modern trends in the compensation and finds the best practice for the implementation in the organization without the major impact on the personnel expenses costs.QualificationsExperienced in strategic and operational management of compensation and benefits topicsBachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Finance Disciplines5-7 years of experience in Compensation and BenefitsExperiences in job evaluation, labour market surveys, current legal/statutory regulations and policy design.
