Completion Specialist

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB To provide installation, repairs and routine servicing of remedial completion tools and other rental equipment in the shop and in the field.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES 1. Perform installation services for down completion products and service tools in the field
2. Must be proficient in calculating oil industry volumes, pressures and forces
3. Have a keen understanding of different facets of field operations including but not limited to completions, remedial work-overs, cementation and fracturing
4. Perform maintenance & repairs on company owned rental equipment in the field as needed
5. Accurate & thorough completion of job reports on a timely basis.
6. Assist in the shop and make deliveries when available
7. Available on a 24 hours call basis to respond to customer needs.
8. Know and understand Deleum Quality Plan and comply with all requirements of Deleum Management System, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions
9. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
10. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB 1. 5 years related field experience
2. Minimum diploma holder in Engineering
3. Knowledge in drilling, completion, intervention and workover
4. Mechanical ability necessary to perform repairs
5. High integrity and able to work independently.
6. A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel computer skills
8. Good oral and written communication skills
9. Able to work closely with fellow employees
ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION Minimum diploma in engineering or related field
