Compliance Analyst (Japanese Speaker) @ Mnc For

**Key Responsibilities**- **Responsible for assessing compliance of employee expense claims as well as associated healthcare compliance reviews in a timely and accurate manner, against the Company's Policies, Procedures and External regulatory requirements**:- Participate in compliance program, projects and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor/HOD- Clearly documents all compliance assessment (i.e assessment results) activities in concur during claim processing- Escalates issues and recommend resolution plans in a timely manner to the RSS Line Manager and Affiliate (where required)- Support the preparation of reports and training material on a periodic basis to address updates to the compliance monitoring process- As part of day-to-day operations work collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities to improve compliance documentations (e.g. review manuals, return reason coding etc)- In collaboration with Reporting Line Manager make appropriate recommendation to HOD for process improvement and be part of the solution provision activities**Qualifications And Experience**- University degree or above- **Fresh Graduate are welcome too**:- Fluent in both written and spoken in **English and Japanese (NT3 and above)**- Motivated and takes full ownership of personal development- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently**Roche - Benefit List**- Yearly Performance Bonus- Extra EPF employer contribution- Annual Leave: 18 days per annum- Medical Coverage- Optical and Dental claims**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Japanese Language Proficiency Test level**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)
