Compliance Assistant Manager

**Job Description**:**Functional Responsibility & Duties**- ** To support the Head Risk Management and Sr Mgr, Compliance in carrying out their roles and responsibilities**- ** To assist in establishing an effective group compliance framework whilst ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements towards effective Compliance Risk Management at Capital A**- ** To review and interpret existing and new policies and/or guidelines released by regulators**- ** To work with Business Functions/Units to ascertain, identify, review and provide guidance on approved internal/external policies and procedures**- ** To work with stakeholders to identify/detect internal criteria/risk triggers for non-compliance risks**- ** To provide guidance to Group on compliance-related matters, including list of entities in other countries**- ** To ensure appropriate action is taken to address inadequacies or findings raised by Capital A Board Committees, Group Audit, Group Risk Management and local regulatory/bodies in the areas of Compliance**- ** To develop and prepare Compliance updates to the Board and Management Committees**- ** To assist in the development of a Compliance Portal and Reporting Dashboard**- ** Perform any other operation support functions as assigned by Management from time to time****Role Responsibility**- ** Strengthen AirAsia brand image and customer advocacy**- ** Promote AirAsia's compliance and value within the organization and externally**- ** Be due diligent, ensure completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of actions**- ** Strive for excellence in execution of responsibilities and duties****We are all different**:- one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
