Compliance Officer

**Compliance Officer****Responsibilities**:- Formulate, implement and manage an effective compliance program for the Group.- Create, manage and follow up on the action plans in response to audit findings and compliance violations. To ensure issues are resolved on a timely basis.- Regularly audit company procedures, practices and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.- Assess company operations to identify compliance risk.- Educate and train employees on company policies and procedures, laws and regulations.- Collaborate with internal, external auditors and consultants.**Requirements**:- Diploma or degree in accounting/ finance.- Minimum 1 year internal/external audit / risk management experiences.- Good knowledge of industry practices, professional standards, relevant laws and regulations.- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Highly-analytical with strong attention to details.- Integrity and professional ethics.- Willing to travel.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM4,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Internal / External Audit: 1 year (preferred)- Risk Management: 1 year (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
