JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for locating, identifying and converting commercial establishments utilises or displays pirated illegal contents that infringe upon Astro's content and copy right or wrongfully utilising residential subscription in commercial establishment. Your responsibility will include:
Sales Activities:
Systematic on ground canvassing to detect and identify pirated illegal displaying illegal content either via android box or residential set top box.
You are required to record
Establishment Name
Establishment Address
Illegal Android or Residential
Person In-charge name
Person In-charge contact
How many units
Photo of the infringement
Other supporting evidence
You will be also rewarded if you have managed to successfully convert the illegal content users to Astro business products.
You will need to ensure that you are able to record as per the allocated daily, weekly and Monthly detection and conversion target.
Ensure proper SOP and guidelines are followed throughout the detection & conversion process
To provide on-ground market intelligence and feedback.
To work with other team members and other stakeholders on the conversion initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Experience in service related industries.
Sales background from FMCG or Direct Sales companies.
Good communication skills. Ability to speak and write good Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Familiar with area of operation.
