The platform utilises proprietary automated algorithms and provides superior user experience relative to other platforms.Qualifications & experienceIf the candidate has a degree or professional qualification from an institution recognised by the government of Malaysia with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the capital market.If the candidate has a diploma from an institution recognised by the government of Malaysia with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the capital market.Has the necessary Securities Commission licensing qualifications for a compliance officer for a fund management company.Tasks & responsibilitiesEnsure that Akru fulfils the requirements of the Guidelines on Compliance Functions for Fund Managers, the Licensing Handbook and other relevant guidelines issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia relating to digital investment management companies.Ensure that and supervise the submission of required reports to the Securities Commission Malaysia and other relevant authorities.Research, develop, implement and manage requirements of financial regulations and laws, including but not limited to the Securities Commission Malaysia, AMLACTF and customer KYC regulations issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia and Bank Negara Malaysia.Ensure that there are no conflicts in the management of company and customer funds.Management of Compliance Red Flags in accordance with the Akru Compliance and Operations Manual.Manage and oversee the compliance team.Review, assess and monitor company policies and operations for possible compliance risk and weaknesses.Advise the management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations.Formulate policies to ensure that all employees are educated and trained on the required regulations and processes.
