Compliance Risk Management Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:**1. Compliance Management**:- Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the organization's activities remain compliant.- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments.**2. Risk Identification and Assessment**:- Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks that could impact the organization's operations, finances, or reputation.- Collaborate with department heads and teams to conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.**3. Risk Mitigation and Management**:- Implement risk management strategies and controls to minimize identified risks.- Create contingency plans for potential crises and disasters.- Monitor risk indicators and escalate issues as needed.**4. Training and Education**:- Provide compliance training and awareness programs to employees.- Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness within the organization.**5. Compliance Reporting**:- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies, as required.- Keep senior management informed about the organization's compliance status.**6. Policy Development**:- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and update compliance policies and procedures.- Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to these policies.**7. Documentation and Record Keeping**:- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, risk assessments, and mitigation efforts.**8. Regulatory Liaison**:- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and auditors.- Manage regulatory inspections and inquiries.**9.
