Prepare and update the SOP (standard operation procedure). To liaise closely with Maxis Legal Dept on new policy and agreement terms and also with Maxis Forensic Dept on the non-compliance casesWhat are you accountable for?- Work with Forensics team on the fraud registration and non-compliance cases from time to time- Issue warning letter and letter of demand to the liable dealer- Keep track and follow up on the warning letter and letter of demand issued- Ensure all MEPs (Maxis Exclusive Partner) and Hybrid Store have Bank Guarantee and Fixed Deposit submission/Agreement signed off- Work with Legal to prepare and update the Agreement and distribute to AM (Account Manager) for Dealer's signature- Liaise with Insurance agent and ensure the insurance coverage for dealers are in place- Prepare/ updates SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)- Prepare Communication Deck, System Manual Guide and publish in Dealernet- Liaise with legal on new Agreement term and clause- Involve/ assist/initiate on the project assigned- Open credit limit for new dealer onboard/ new outlet opening- Prepare dealer termination checklist and ensure all the necessary arrangement have been in place- Work with Legal on the exceptional incidentWhat do you need to have for this role?- Bachelor's Degree specializing in Business Administration or equivalent- Min. 3 Years of work experience in telecommunication/banking industry- Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Good in writing letters in various scenario, oral and interpersonal skills- Good at follow up and close monitoring on all task assigned- Very careful and organised personality- Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team playerWhat's next?Maxis values diverse voices & people.
