Job Description Job Summary: Handle large volume of customer reports whilst maintaining clear understanding of individual customer requirements and expectations
Manage Supplier Billing, produce timely, accurate and complete Billing Data reports, configured as per customer contract
Understand the billing data content to investigate second level billing queries and address disputes
Recommend improvements in the reporting capabilities and work closely with the team to ensure that the customer gains maximum value from the deliverables
Support the Operations Manager as required to manage client relationships to a level that is mutually beneficial to all parties
Make recommendations for the development and enhancement of business systems and policies that will improve the capability to produce and maintain accurate customer reporting
Proactively pursuing a competitive edge in outsourcing & integrated solutions by identifying innovative solutions and opportunities for continual improvement
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline with 2 years of relevant working experience
Good financial acumen and customer interfacing
Computer literate ? at least intermediate experience level required for Microsoft Excel
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Good spoken and written English
Team player, meticulous, pro-active
Ability to adapt and work within a changing environment
Working hours: Mon to Thurs: 6:30am to 4:00pm; Fri: 6:30am to 3:30pm
Allowance is provided for odd-working hours
