Construction Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:1) Define the project scope2) Create and manage a construction project budget3) Create a construction project management plan4) Negotiate with general contractors and subcontractors to obtain profitable construction contracts5) Develop a construction schedule, with project deliverables and milestones6) Create status reports for project stakeholders7) Oversee the performance of the general contractor, site manager and other members of the construction team**Skills & Qualifications**1) Strong team management and leadership skills2) Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills4) Project management skills such as time management, project budgeting, resource management and project scheduling**Education & Training**1) Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related field2) Strong knowledge of construction management best practices3) Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software4) Current with rules and regulations related to construction**Work Experience**1) Five years of project management experience in the construction industry or construction specialties such as plumbing, carpentry or masonry2) Years of construction management experience managing budgets and schedules3) Prior experience managing a construction site4) Experience leading a construction crew5) Proven risk management experience in construction projects**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Company car- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to Commute:- Bintulu (required)Ability to Relocate:- Bintulu: Relocate before starting work (required)
