Construction Project Manager

Ensure all the Projects is operated within the schedule - To coordinate all internal and external efforts for proper job execution - To arrange for collection of tender document - Negotiate with sub-contractors - Lead a project team in the objective to complete the work in time with minimum wastage and within budgeted cost - Weekly reporting to the Top Management on the status of the progress of works -To co-ordinate and liaise between all parties involved in the project, the daily site activities relating to material procurement, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning - Required to travel to Sabah and Sarawak to build a factory thereBachelor's or Equivalent
