The Consultant - Social Media Content Creator is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating and sharing engaging content, optimizing company pages, moderating user-generated content, analyzing social data, and to engage with the target audience and achieve specific marketing goals for services provided by RAS DepartmentThe RAS department is also responsible for monitoring and ensuring the timely delivery of all marketing initiatives and campaigns that help create and manage marketing and digital-related projects for Ansarcomp (M) Sdn Bhd.**RESPONSIBILITY**:**1)** **SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY**- Formulate comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals of the RAS Department.- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn.- Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent posting frequency and relevant content.- Develop and execute comprehensive social media content to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Ansarcomp Service's goals.- Create engaging and shareable multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written materials.- Ensure content is aligned with brand identity and resonates with target audiences.- Manage and optimize the company's social media profiles to enhance visibility and engagement.**2)** **CONTENT CREATION**- Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media platforms.- Develop content that aligns with the brand's voice, style, and messaging while catering to the preferences of each platform.- Collaborate with the others consultant team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos- Create engaging and shareable multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written materials.- Ensure content is aligned with brand identity and resonates with target audiences.**3)** **COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT**- Monitor ad actively engage with the target audience through the social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and promptly respond to user inquiries or comments in a timely and professional manner.- Foster meaningful interactions and conversations with the online community, building a positive brand image.**4)** **MARKETING GOALS ACHIEVEMENT**- Work towards achieving specific marketing goals set by the RAS Department for the services provided.- Campaign Monitoring and Delivery:- Collaborate with the RAS department to monitor and ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives and campaigns.- Contribute to the creation and management of marketing and digital-related projects within the RAS Department.**5)** **TRENDS AND INSIGHTS**- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to capitalize on new opportunities.- Research and identify content trends and topics that resonate with the target audience.**6)** **ANALYTICS AND REPORTING**- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and content performance.- Use insights to adapt strategies and content for improved results and greater audience engagement.**7)** **CRISIS MANAGEMENT**- Handle negative comments, reviews, or issues on social media platforms professionally and diplomatically.- Escalate serious issues to appropriate departments while maintaining a positive online brand image.**8)** **CUSTOMER SERVICE**- Act as an consultant by providing helpful information and answering customer's enquiries or passing them to the respective personnel. Assisting customers until they are satisfied with the services.**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:- Possesses a degree in Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.- Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms— LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube- Experience in using social media analytics tools to gather insights and adjust strategies accordingly.- Previous experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital platform.- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) and collaborating on integrated campaigns.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
