Contact Center Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Contact Center Representative to join our team. As a Work from Home Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone or through online chat. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming calls and online inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner.2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Utilize CRM software to update customer information and track customer inquiries.5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.7. Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics set by the company.

Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.2. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving.3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.4. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.5. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
