As a Contact Center Specialist at Sunway Construction Group Berhad, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers and clients. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, while also gathering important feedback and information to improve the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:1. Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries.3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.4. Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and follow up on unresolved issues.6. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.7. Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3.
