Contact Centre Consultant (Bank Customer Service)

• To achieve all KPIs as per campaign requirements
• Mainly handle Malaysia market in core banking & credit card domains
• Handle inbound calls from customers
• Perform cross selling and up selling when necessary
• To provide workable resolutions to customers’ enquiries
• To liaise with inter departments and branches on customer’s enquiries
• To provide assistance to clients as necessary by taking required actions to arrange services and benefits according to subscriber’s needs and policy coverage
• Document all conversations, correspondence and actions into the case management system
• Work in a team environment to ensure proper case handling
• Work on projects as assigned by the Team Leaders and/or Manager
Basic salary up to RM 3,500 (depending on candidate related experience and capabilities)
Fresh Degree: RM 2,800 Basic
Fresh Diploma: RM 2,300 Basic
SPM with 2 years’ experience: RM 2,300 Basic
Additional Allowance:-
• Call Centre Allowance RM250
• Shift Allowance around RM200
• OT Claim (including working during PH)
• KPI Incentive RM800 - RM1,900
