About us:Kechara Soup Kitchen (KSK) has been serving marginalised communities in Malaysia for over 14 years; these include the homeless, urban poor and Orang Asli populations. In recent years we have strategically expanded our focus upstream of the poverty curve to reach the urban poor via our Food Bank and Empowerment Programs. These programs aim to provide assistance to the most vulnerable segments of our community before they fall into complete poverty and hardship.1. Familiar with Facebook and Instagram features (up to trend)2. Have the basic technical skills to execute social media ideas: Photo editing software (e.g. Canva, Photoshop), Video editing software (e.g Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve etc)3. Fluent in English4. Managing content for the organization5. Able to Copywrite.6. Able to perform independent research (sourcing for news, materials, etc.), discuss and curate (images, videos, scripting, designing, editing) content accordingly for social media alongside Joshua weekly:- News,- Reel/UGC ideas,- Short video ideas,- Education/awareness,- Light-hearted contents- Influencers content (editing, promotion, post's design)- Posters (giveaway, contests, festive poster,- IGstories (to engage followers)- Any new content slots ideas7. Ensure continuous and sufficient supply of contents according to the social media calendar:- Edit on-ground images from the team- Able to edit "original videos" within schedule.- Able to edit and is familiar with Reels!8. Analysis of social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns9. Post articles on LinkedIn twice a week.10. Convert existing social media posts to Twitter daily.Requirement1. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. 1 Year of working experience in social media/content creation is a plus.2. Able to start immediately would be an advantage.3.
