**Job Highlights**:- Basic salary commensurate with experience- Miscellaneous allowances- 5-day work- All statutory contributions- Convenient location nearby public transport**Responsibilities**- **Identify and Cultivate Top-tier KOLs**:- Utilize industry knowledge and connections to identify and cultivate relationships with top KOLs in the FMCG/Beauty sector.- Develop and maintain a network of influencers aligned with brand goals.- **Negotiation and Project Management**:- Lead negotiations with KOLs, including pricing, deliverables, and project timelines.- Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and meet established objectives.- **Campaign Execution**:- Manage the entire lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from initial concept to post-campaign analysis.- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the brand and KOLs.- **Performance Analysis**:- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of influencer campaigns.- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, offering insights for future improvements.- **FMCG/Beauty Industry Expertise**:- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in KOL management, specifically within the FMCG/Beauty sector.- Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with top-tier/long tail influencers.- Strong negotiation and project management skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to FridayExpected Start Date: 12/01/2023
