Based in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia, we strive to redefine the industry through innovation and a commitment to reducing our ecological footprint.**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with MK Sustainable Metal's brand identity and marketing objectives.- Create original, innovative, and engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.- Write captivating copy, headlines, and captions that drive engagement and encourage user interaction.- Produce multimedia content such as photos, videos, infographics, and animations to enhance the brand's online presence.- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, plan campaigns, and coordinate content calendars.- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve results.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platforms, and emerging technologies to ensure MK Sustainable Metal remains at the forefront of digital marketing.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.- Proficiency in all major social media platforms and their respective best practices for content creation and audience engagement.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools is a plus.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary range of RM 1,800 to RM 2,500 per month.- Opportunity to work for a socially responsible company committed to sustainability.- Dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and development.MK Sustainable Metal is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
