Position Title: Content Reviewer (English)Working Location: Petaling jaya ( Plaza 33)Tenure: 1 year contract / Renewable basis**Salary**: RM 3200 + Shift AllowanceWorking Hour: Rotational Shift BasisJob Responsibilities:- Supporting Digital Social Media platform- Checking sensitive content on social media based on guideline- Accountable for the success and quality of the process- Reviewing content (videos, image, text, live-streaming and audio) in accordance with Client's processes and policies.- Ensures that the process is followed correctly in-Service Operations- Approves management reporting and tool requirements- Help improve the defined processes as we create more automation and gather information**Job Requirements**:- Excellent communication skills- Able to start immediately- Fresh grad are welcomed to apply- Experience with social networking (or similar programs)- Ready to work in 24/7 environment- Can start work immediately**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Up to RM3,200.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
