Content Writer (Arcgis)

**Position : Content Writer/Developer****Tenure : 2 years contract renewable basis****Working Hours : For 2 weeks training ( 6PM - 3AM), After 2 weeks ( 7AM-4.30PM)****Working Location : Shah Alam****Salary : RM 2800 - RM 3200****Responsibilities**:- Research, write, and update technical articles for products across platforms and operating systems, adhering to industry and organizational standards.- Manage Knowledge Base by revising existing articles for new software releases, incorporating service packs and patches, optimizing for SEO, and identifying content for archiving.- Cross-link Defect-related articles with relevant resources and create index articles for consolidating similar content.- Address user feedback and ArcGIS Ideas, collaborating with the ESS - OSR Documentation team to initiate document remediation.- Produce instructive videos based on technical articles to enhance user understanding.**Job Requirement**- Adherence to organizational standard operating procedures and processes while maintaining a high degree of efficiency is required.- Master's Degree in one of the following fields:Computer Science/Information Technology, Geographical Science Geology/Geophysics, Journalism Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.- Required language(s): Proficiency in English is COMPULSORY**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
