Get ready to show off your content creation skills and make a big impact on our social media platforms!**Key Responsibilities**- Develop engaging, creative and innovative social media content that is aligned with our short term and long-term marketing targets.- Schedule, plan, and shoot for content (ie. Eye-catching visuals, videos, stories and other interesting content pieces). Camera would be provided.- Team up and collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm online and offline campaigns and seasonal initiatives that bring our brand to life and drive impact.- Identify new opportunities & stay up to date with the latest trends and tricks on each social media platform, so our content is always fresh, exciting and buzz-worthy.- Dig into competitor research and industry insights to discover new content that would help us stand out from the crowd.- Deliver consistent quality, adhere to brand graphic standards and drive conceptual storytelling of the brand.- Work with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute marketing campaigns, collaterals, digital, events and activations.- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track the success of our campaigns.**Key Requirements**- Major in Visual Design Communication, Multimedia, Public Relations, or Journalism education degree background is preferable, but your skills and experience are what really matter- Hands- on experience with managing social media engagement and interactions- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with an interest in fashion, consumer behaviour, retail, and the latest trends.- Very social media savvy, a good 'trend-spotter' who knows their way around content creation and editing tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools- Proficient in Copywriting, Photography, Photoshop & Videography.- Keen attention to details.- Able to work under pressure and handle impromptu situations by being resourceful. Seek out information proactively and take appropriate actions based on the situation.- Ability to quickly understand and adopt Company's direction at work while being a positive influence in the team.- Has a vehicle for work transport.- Willing to travel when visiting retail stores, responsible, dedicated, and self-driven.- 1Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.- Fresh graduates or experienced are welcome to apply.
