Contract Admin

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in C&S/ Building/ Quantity Surveyor or equivalent. Familiar with Contract Department Administrative task Responsible for the circulation and filing of project in-coming and out-going correspondence. To assist accurate measurement of quantities for Tenders and/or Projects a timely basis.   To assist in preparing Tenders and Estimates. Preparation of Sub-Contractor's application and final account.  Preparation of Sub-Contract documentation accurately and promptly.  To liaise with Sub-Contractor's and update the List of Sub-Contractors.  Responsible for the compilation of cost and measurement data. Responsible for the compilation of catalogue/ sourcing of new products and material in the market.
