Ensuring the gap for contractual matters is managed.- Risk management during Post Contract - to collaborate with respective team as outlined in the above - for identify any risk from Project Timeline commitment and manage and prevent from the risk of LAD.- Responsible to lead and manage the NOD (Notice of Delays), EOT (Extension of Time) and LAD (Liquidation Delay), Prolongation, Final Account etc. and to achieve best solution to protect company/companies' interest.- Responsible to strengthen the current contract format between Company/Companies with Vendors (Suppliers or Contractors) included but not limited to: LOA (Letter of Award) & Any supplement clauses / appendixes document for the contract.**Job Requirements**:- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying- Min **10 years' **experience in Cost & Contract field in **Interior Design Fit-out**:- Positive working attitude and discipline, aggressive and proactive.- Well versed in pre-contract administration, cost estimation, tendering and post contract management- Conversant in standard method of measurement rules and BQ preparation- Knowledge in using Microsoft Excel / Words / Power Point- Able to read drawings & Project Schedule**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Holidays- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your current notice period?- Are you able to travel to outstation, if required ?- What is your expected monthly expected remuneration?**Experience**:- Contract Advisor: 5 years (preferred)
