Requirements: - Administer pre & post-contract work including analyzing the scope of tender, sourcing of sub-contractors, preparing pricing & submission of tender. - Preparation of costing for tender/non-tender. - Participate in site visits & tender interviews. - Assist in overall administrative matters of main contracts including preparation of progress claims, variation orders & final account for tender projects. Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Survey. - 2 years of working experience as a Contract Executive - Experience in the Interior design field is of advantage.
