Contract Executive

Responsibilities: To provide accurate measurement of quantities for Tenders and/or Projects on timely basis; Preparation of Tenders and Estimates; Responsible for the preparation of Progress Claims, Variation Order, Final Account promptly and accurately; To attend site meeting; To attend joint valuation with Consultant; To monitor and chase for Q.S Recommendation and Payment Certificate; To negotiate for the most competitive contract rates in the best interest of the company; Responsible in all works and activities associated with awarding of sub-contract work/job efficiently; Preparation of sub-contract's application and final account;   Requirements: Proven experience as contract executive/quantity surveyor Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Thorough knowledge of diverse business processes and strategy development. Good understanding computer literacy and system Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in quantity surveying
