Contract Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

Tender and contract review- Prepare and monitor project budget for cost control purposes- Progress claim and payment collections- Skilled knowledge in civil engineering project costing and cost evaluation.- Work evaluation and progress claim preparation and submission.- Perform taking off quantities from drawings of buildings or bridges- Assist tendering, measurement verification and contracts administration**Qualification & Requirements**:- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Sciences or Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering- At least 1-3 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in buildings or bridges construction- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Good team player and adaptable to dynamic environments- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply**BBR Construction Systems (M) Sdn.
