Contract Executive (Q.S) (Kajang)

Responsibilities:- To carry out taking off quantities and measurement.- To prepare and evaluate progress claims, final accounts and variation order.- Handle Tenders.- Attend site valuation and measurement of work done.- Result oriented, success driven and self starter.- Able to organize, co-ordinate and control payment claims from sub-contractor.- Attend site meeting.- Self-Motivated.- Able to meet deadline for assignment given.- To work out cost estimation and or budgetary cost.- To support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.**Requirements:- **- At least 2 Years of working experience in Construction Field.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
