**Duties and Responsibilities**- To manage and lead the company project team in all project/construction aspects of its ongoing and incoming projects- To plan and lead the project team in project implementation inclusive of budget/cost monitoring and supervision of site progress to ensure construction timeline and quality are always met- To monitor contractual matters inclusive administration/advice on all contractual matters from preparation of tenders till final and post contract period- To manage and prepare contract documentations and schedules as well as providing support in the estimation of project costs, preparation of specifications and bill of quantities- To work with finance team in the preparation of project feasibility study- To lead the project team in liaison with business partner, local authorities, consultants, contractors and suppliers on project related matters- To work closely with consultants to ensure timely certification of work done- To prepare and lead the valuation of monthly progress payments, closing of final accounts and implementation of cost control measures- To ensure compliance to local authority regulations on project/project site matters- And any other/ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management**Requirements**:- Minimum a Degree holder in Business or any other relevant field- **Good working knowledge of contract conditions, regulations, design management, programme and risk management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting**:- Preferably in transportation or infrastructure sector with strong knowledge of pre and post contract works- Possess good analytical and negotiation skills- Good management skill, a team player and able to cope in an accelerated work environment- Able to work independently under pressure within tight deadlines, and possess a high level of integrity- **Experienced in dealing with government project**:- Experienced in tendering process will be an added advantage- Preferably someone who is experienced in project management- **Willing to work in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan****Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shift- Holidays- Monday to Friday- Night shift- On call- Weekend jobsAbility to Commute:- Seremban (required)Ability to Relocate:- Seremban: Relocate before starting work (required)
