Conveyancing Clerk (Kuching)

**No of Pax: 2 Pax****Job Reqeuirements**:- Preferably with a year experience in handling conveyancing matters and dealing with banks- Team player- Able to work independently and with mínimal supervision- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage but not required.**Job Scopes**:- To assist lawyer in conveyancing matters- Ensuring that all transactions meet their legal obligations.- Filing and registering all legal paperwork for property transfer.- Informing clients on the progress of their transactions while professionally answering their inquiries.**Working Hour & Days**:- From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm- Monday to Friday**Benefits**:- RM1500 - RM1800 (based on experience)- Attractive remuneration- EPF, SOCSO and EIS- Bonus package based on performance.
