So, check out our open position:**POSITION : CONVEYANCING LAWYER****Scope of Work**:- Prepare loan documentation, including SPA, agreements, company loan and sub-sales case and other conveyancing matters.- Attending to client, correspondences and other tasks which assigned by firm.**Requirement**:- Law degree holder with professional legal certificate or equivalent legal qualification- Bar qualification, Certificate in Legal Practice or equivalent legal qualification- Minimum of 3 years legal experience in conveyancing/corporate- Strong negotiation and drafting skills- Good communications/negotiable skills, proficient in both written and spokenEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be added advantage)- Hardworking, committed and responsible and able to work independently- Driving license holder (for car) and have own transport (added advantage)**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
