Conveyancing Lawyer (Mandarin Speaker)

**Vacancy**:- 2 vacancies available in Puchong- 1 vacancy available in Bandar Bukit Tinggi Klang**Responsibilities**:- Ability to prepare sale and purchase agreement and loan documentation for subsale transaction.- To monitor and complete the subsale transaction from beginning until the end- Familiar with all banks requirement in loan execution, advises and their SOP for subsale transaction- Actively update clients and all related parties on the file status- Maintaining good communication and a positive working relationship with all stakeholders- Other conveyancing work assigned by the Firm**Requirements**:- Possessed a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) or a member of the Malaysian Bar- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office- Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill- Great interpersonal and leadership skill- Preferably able to start immediately or short notice.- Mandarin speaker as the working environment needed.Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- What's your monthly expected salary?**Experience**:- Conveyancing: 3 years (preferred)
