Prepare for cooking - Cook breakfast, lunch and top up the dishes - Cleaning - grease trap, cooking equipment, kitchen floor, department (teamwork) - Dispose - When short manpower, need to cover serve at counter - Do GT - take raw material from other departments by following its SOP - Make sandwich - Make chicken salad: fry chicken and combine with vegetables with proper technic - Every cooked dishes need to do food testing before serve - Give listings to supervisor to do ordering - weekly (order on Saturday and receive on next Saturday) - Throw rubbish usually after 2.30pm (at mall provided area) - daily - Backup department when short manpower/when finished work inside kitchen: bakery, serve counter, salad corner preparation/to pup - Need to work fast due to serving timing (to catch up) - At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Able to work on shift and weekendsPlease fill in the details of company, nature of business and a brief explanation on the company.SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
