Our client is a scale-up born in the US on route to fast global expansion. We have four international offices: Miami (USA), Lahore (Pakistan), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Barcelona (Spain). Today we would like to strengthen our marketing team with an experienced Copywriter (M/F), who will be based at our client Malaysian office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.The Copywriter will be responsible for developing engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, such as websites, blogs, social media, marketing collateral, and other digital and print materials. Furthermore, the Copywriter is responsible for producing, revising and updating all the in-app texts, which are crucial for the internal and external virality of our client as the first instant social game.The Copywriter reports to the Co-CEO based in Kuala Lumpur.**Key responsibilities**:- Collaborate with marketing and creative team to develop content plans strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and brand guidelines;- Interpret creative briefs to develop concepts for execution with marketing, design, and product team;- Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team;- Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice grammar, and style guidelines;- Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practice to optimize content for search engines and improve organic rankings;- Collaborate with marketing and social media team to promote content across different channels to increase visibility, engagement, and conversions;- Stay updated with industry trends, news, and best practices to develop relevant and up-to-date content that resonates with the target audience;- Organize and maintain a content library, ensuring content is up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible to team members.- You are a Malaysian citizen.- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.- 3+ years of experience as a content writer, preferably in a similar role or industry- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and style.- 3+ months experience with generative AI systems such as ChatGPT or Notion AI to optimize workflow.- Strong research skills to gather information from various sources and develop compelling and accurate content.- Ability to write in different tones and styles, adapting content to target different audiences and platforms.- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.- Proficiency in content management system (CMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating a diverse range of content styles and formats.**Our Offer**- An autonomous and varied position with broad responsibilities within a motivated and enthusiastic team.- Being part of an international company with a leading position and an open business culture.- A training package to guarantee a prompt and pleasant integration.- Full-time contract (40 hours/week).**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to Friday
