Job Scope:- Generate compelling and engaging written content for diverse marketing materials encompassing malls, hotels, and properties.- Create captivating copy for a range of mediums such as websites, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, social media especially social contents, and promotional campaigns.- Tailor messaging to highlight the unique offerings, amenities, and experiences specific to malls, hotels, and properties.- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand voice across all communication channels.**Responsibilities**:- Craft persuasive and impactful copy for websites, conveying the distinctive features and attractions of malls, hotels, and properties.- Write attention-grabbing content for advertisements, brochures, and newsletters that entice the target audience.- Develop social media content strategies and create engaging posts, captions, and campaigns that drive audience engagement and support marketing objectives.- Adapt writing style and tone according to the specific requirements of each platform while maintaining brand guidelines.- Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, audience preferences, and effective keywords for SEO implementation.- Collaborate closely with designers to ensure synergy between written and visual elements in marketing materials.This role requires a seasoned copywriter adept at creating captivating and persuasive copy across various marketing platforms for malls, hotels, and properties.
