**Responsibilities**:- Manage the corporate consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations, FX currency revaluations, and the accounting close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete recognition of financial transactions in accordance with US GAAP.- Lead and guide a team of senior accountants responsible for supporting the corporate close process, fostering their professional growth and development.- Provide managerial guidance and direction to remote direct reports, both in local and non-local locations.- Collaborate closely with the Senior Accounting Team, Internal Control, SEC Reporting, FP&A, Operational Business partners, Third Parties, and External Auditors, both in local and global environments.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.- Demonstrated experience as a Team Lead with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.- Proficiency in US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.- Proficiency with D365 and/or Oracle ERP systems.- Expertise in multi-ledger, multi-company, or multi-currency company consolidation, revaluations, and elimination processes.- A blend of strong leadership qualities and team player mentality, coupled with exceptional process and personnel management skills.- Familiarity with global accounting standards and regulatory compliance.- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and global environments.- Proven experience in managing a team of accounting professionals.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Have you any experience with US GAAP and SOX?- Do you have experience using D365 or Oracle ERP System?Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (preferred)
