All activities are free of charge!**About the Role****Key Responsibility Areas**:**Strategic Planning**- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure communication efforts are integrated with business objectives.***Media Relations**- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists.- Prepare press releases, statements, and other media materials, and act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries.***Internal Communications**- Develop and execute internal communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.- Facilitate communication channels to foster a transparent and inclusive corporate culture.***Brand Messaging**- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate brand messages into communication materials.***Crisis Communication**- Develop crisis communication plans and act as a spokesperson during times of crisis.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and mitigate reputational risks.***Content Creation**- Create compelling written and visual content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media.- Ensure content reflects the organization's values and resonates with the target audience.***Integrated launch Plans**- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for product launches, corporate initiatives, and events.- Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless execution of communication strategies.**Measurement and Analysis**- Implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve future communication efforts.**Key Requirements**:- Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.- Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related role.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies for product launches, corporate initiatives and events.- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional efforts.- Crisis communication experience is a plus.- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.- Media training and crisis communication certification is advantageous.- Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools.**Why work for us?**We're more than just a job; we're a place where you can develop your skills, collaborate with a fantastic team, and have fun along the way!
