Corporate & Community Relations Officer (Singapore)

**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Coordinate on boarding process and train volunteers and external stakeholders- Support management duties for volunteer events.- Keep track of volunteer programme and provide administrative support on volunteer related activities.- Maintain volunteer programme schedule and events calendar.- Assist in matching volunteers' skills with available roles, help volunteers understand their responsibilities and ensure compliance.- Coordinate with donors /internal staff on the receipt of items with acknowledgement letter.- Assist in data collection, maintain proper filing system, including data management such as data entry.- Work closely with Nursing department to coordinate the selection of residents for activity.- Provide support to ensure the volunteer programme are conducted smoothly.- Assist and support corporate events and frontline service of volunteers.**REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline with SPM- Diploma in cooperate communication will be an advantage- Relevant experience in working with volunteers will be an advantage.- Knowledge of other dialects and Chinese will be an advantage to communicate with the chinese community.- Full-Time position, 5 working days per week (must be able to work on weekends with 2 rest days on weekdays)Check out Aber Care Website for detail**Salary**: RM7,800.00 - RM8,900.00 per month
