Corporate Finance Executive/ Assistant Manager

Managing internal corporate exercises including structuring, documentation and completion;- Managing compliance monitoring relating to processes, workflows and regulatory requirements;- Assist in implementation of digitalisation efforts for existing operational frameworks;- Managing monthly management reporting relating to client management (exposure tracking and risk management);- Prepare, review, and enhance company internal policies;- Assist in managing corporate finance relates funders of the company and the group;- Liaison with different departments to assist on the company's operations- Liaison with external parties such as solicitors, consultants, regulatory bodies etc;- Provide support to the various business unit of the group; and- Any other ad-hoc assignments or tasks as may be assigned by the management.- Possess Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economic and/ or relates professional qualifications.- Awareness in financial services industry such as Factoring or Insurance business will be an added advantage- At least 1 years work experience in the areas of corporate finance, treasury, PLC's.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- Capital Markets Services Representatives License (CMSRL) will have added advantage.- Good command of spoken and write English and Bahasa Melayu.- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill.- Ability to work independently and take initiative.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
