**Key Responsibilities**:**Financial Planning and Analysis**- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management.- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to monitor and track performance targets.**Capital Management**- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations for capital allocation.- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources.- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for debt financing and investment needs.**Risk Management**- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.- Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend adjustments to financial strategies as needed.**Strategic Decision Support**- Collaborate with various departments to evaluate business initiatives and projects.- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.- Assess the financial implications of initiatives and recommend actions to maximize value.**Stakeholder Communication**- Present financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.- Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations effectively.- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.**Continuous Improvement**- Streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the finance function.- Stay updated on industry practices and regulatory changes related to corporate finance.- Drive initiatives to enhance financial reporting, analysis, and decision support capabilities.**Key Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
