Job Descriptions: 1. Responsible for the planning, budgeting and budgeting of the performance and cash flow for the Group. 2. Manage the financial facilities, treasury function, and foreign exchange processes across the Group. 3. Invest Group cash surplus in high yielding deposit and money marketing. Negotiate with bank on FX rate and follow up on documentation. 4. Determining which investments are profitable based on interest rates, market conditions, and other factors. 5. Negotiating terms of loans and other financial transactions with lenders and other parties. 6. Preparing reports on financial status or progress of projects to upper management. 7. Ensuring that financial transactions are accurately recorded in the company's accounting system. 8. Ensure compliance to government regulations across business operations including areas of tax, legislation, bank negara, statutory rules & regulations, SSM, laws in Malaysia. 9. Ensure that the preparation of financial statements, annual reports and tax submissions (direct, indirect, transfer pricing) are done accurately and on time. 10. Explore and source for new tax incentives/grant. 11. Liaise and coordinate with the auditor, tax agents, banks, company secretary, government, and other statutory bodies. 12. Oversee and improve on the key business processes through process improvement, digitizing and digitalization. 13. Build and manage relationship with internal key stakeholders in areas of business partnering and adding value to their business needs and requirements. 14. Perform ad hoc analysis and duties as and when required on accurate and timely basis. Job Requirements: 1. Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA member) 2. Minimum 8 years in Management role. 3. Experience in cash management systems 4. Good knowledge of policies, guidelines and requirements of Bank Negara Malaysia, SC, Companies Acts and Companies Commission of Malaysia 5. Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. 6. Possess good interpersonal and leadership skills with firm, decisive and mature personality. 7. High integrity, self-motivated, performance driven and a team player. 8.
