Job Description Plan and implement a comprehensive sales strategy ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and market trends. Identify potential opportunities and formulate effective strategies based on the analysed market data, customer insights, and competitor activities. The corporate sales team must be given clear sales targets and action plans to ensure goal attainment. Research and identify any potential corporate clients in the location of our outlets. Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, networking events, and referrals. Provide thorough needs assessments or conduct a visit to learn about corporate clients challenges and requirements, or present our product or service to them. Engage in negotiations with corporate clients in order to achieve mutually beneficial deals. The contract terms and conditions must be well-defined, in accordance with the companys policies, and legally acceptable. Create and maintain long-term relationship with key corporate clients by acting as the primary liaison for corporate clients, promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and upsell additional services during regular business reviews. Find sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with the companys brand and marketing objectives. Prepare sponsorship proposals highlighting the benefits of a partnership, and present them to potential sponsors. Responsible for overseeing the fulfilment execution of sponsorship agreements and deliverables. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored marketing materials and campaign for corporate clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist outlet managers in integrating corporate sales strategies with outlet sales goals. Develop joint promotional campaigns and incentives while monitoring the impact of corporate sales efforts on outlets performance to drive sales though corporate clients to outlets. Keep updated with market dynamics, changes in corporate customer preferences and industry trends. Maintain competitive edge by analyse competitors' activities in corporate sales space and devise strategies. Prepare regular reports consist of corporate sales performance, insights and recommendations. Present the sales performance data and progress toward goals during management meeting. Set clear and challenging sales targets while monitor sales team performance against targets and provide guidelines when needed. To drive continuous improvement, conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Requirements Preferably a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field . At least 5 years in corporate sales, with 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within the optical retail sector or a related industry. Demonstrated expertise in the professional optical retail industry, including familiarity with competitors, key players and trends. Possession of an established network and strong relationships with corporate clients and key industry players. Willingness to travel as required for client engagements, industry events, and conferences. Requirements - At least 5 years in corporate sales, with 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within the optical retail sector or a related industry. - Demonstrated expertise in the professional optical retail industry, including familiarity with competitors, key players and trends. - Possession of an established network and strong relationships with corporate clients and key industry players. - Willingness to travel as required for client engagements, industry events, and conferences.
