Companies and other entitiesDrafting of Director / Members' resolution Drafting of Annual General Meeting (AGM) / Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) documentsMaintenance of registers and corporate secretarial documentsTo lodge annual returns and other matters with SSM and any other government agencies, as and when requiredClient due diligence (CDD) procedures and documentationAdvising clients on various corporate governance and corporate secretarial mattersOther ad-hoc duties as and when requiredIdeal ProfileQualificationPursuing Bachelor's Degree in corporate secretary is preferredExperience within would be a strong advantage.You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardWhat's on Offer?Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performanceStrong opportunities to progress your careerFlexible working options
