We provide residential homes for children and the elderly, hostels, family support services, daycares, tuition centres, a refugee help centre and emergency relief services in times of crisis.- Spiritual Leadership: Providing spiritual guidance, teaching, and preaching to the congregation based on religious doctrines, scriptures, and principles.- Counseling and Support: Offering pastoral counseling to individuals or groups within the community, addressing personal, emotional, or spiritual concerns.- Religious Ceremonies: Conducting church membership classes, weddings, children's dedication, funerals, and other ceremonies.- Community Building: Fostering a sense of community, unity, and fellowship among members, organizing events, and promoting a welcoming environment.- Hospital and Home Visits: Providing support to individuals in times of illness, crisis, or bereavement, including hospital visits and offering comfort to grieving families and praying with them.- Educational Leadership: Facilitating educational programs, Bible studies, and religious classes to enhance the understanding of faith and spiritual principles.- Outreach and Evangelism: Engaging in outreach activities to connect with the broader community, promoting the faith, and attracting new members.- Interfaith Relations: Building positive relationships with leaders of other faiths and participating in interfaith dialogue to promote understanding and cooperation.- Conflict Resolution: Addressing conflicts within the congregation, providing guidance, and fostering reconciliation when disputes arise.- Pastoral Care: Demonstrating a caring and compassionate attitude towards the well-being of individuals within the community, offering support during both joyous and challenging times.- Prayer and Worship Leadership: Leading worship services, prayer meetings, and other religious gatherings, creating a meaningful and spiritually enriching experience for attendees.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of a Degree.- At least 5 years of experience in pastoral care.- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
